Annual Training Plan

It’s the perfect time to step forwards, commit to some club sessions and move yourself and the club forwards. Those at the club who attend sessions regularly will have experienced and witnessed the progress made by consistent training that is progressive to individual’s needs. The training always works well by creating a relaxed, fun, motivating atmosphere that people can drop into whenever they wish but true gains are made by regular attendance where possible. If you attend regularly the coaches get to know you, your goals / events and the specifics that need worked on and can help you as best possible.
