Membership prices

There are four membership price categories:

  • £30 per year for Seniors (19 years and older)
  • £20 per year for Juniors (U19)
  • £15 per year for Concessions
  • £10 per year for Non-Training Supporter

Please see below for clear definitions.

The club year runs from 20th-Feb to the 20th Feb the following year. If it's later on in the year, then keep an eye out for special membership offers.

Having a club membership offers discounted rates at club training sessions.


Becoming a member

Joining Glasgows biggest triathlon club could not be easier, you'll find a short form on entry central.

Fusion Triathlon Club also recommends that you join triathlonscotland, as the membership to the governing body provides you with extra benefits.  We would also recommend that you obtain a race licence from triathlonscotland, this will provide you with third party insurance whilst training / racing and you receive reduced price race entries.

Membership categories

Juniors:  Anyone aged under 19

StudentsAnyone in full time education/ full time attendance at school, college or university


Benefit recipients: An individual in receipt of one or more of the following benefits:

  • Pension Tax Credit
  • Income Support
  • Job Seekers
  • Full Working Tax Credit
  • Disability Tax Credit
  • Housing Benefit
  • Council Tax Benefit
  • Employment and Support Allowance
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Attendance Allowance

Anyone wishing to claim a concession will need to be prepared to show proof of eligibility. This can be done by showing a student matriculation card or benefit award letter, for example.

Non-Training Supporter:

This category is open to anybody that simply wishes to help support the club and be identifed as a club member, but can't come to trhe training sessions.  For example we have old members who moved abroad but still wish to support the club so this is perfect for them.  We also have some famillies who have their youngest as members even before they can walk!


 Triathlon Scotland



triathlonscotland is the national governing body for triathlon, duathlon and multisports in Scotland and is recognised by both sportscotland and The British Triathlon Federation (BTF).

With our support, they:

  • Offer club and race memberships
  • Help clubs to host events and increase participation
  • Run national championship events
  • Train coaches to gain recognised qualifications
  • Coach triathletes to compete on the world stage
  • Build a strong core of skilled volunteers

All to achieve their mission:

‘realising the full potential of a vibrant triathlon and multisport community in Scotland’.

Individual members receive a host of benefits including discounts on race entries and apparel, racing insurance cover and a unique triathlonscotland training gift. triathlonscotland members who race will also help their club to gain points in the hotly contested ranking series. Individual ranking awards are also up for grabs across sprint and standard distances as well as open water, cross tri, duathlon and aquathon.
